Tonight my wife and I walked 6 miles. This begins my every two week back-to- back training days for the Goofy Challenge in January, where I will run the half marathon on Saturday and the full marathon on Sunday. Tomorrow morning, I am going to follow this up with a 13 mile run. I think I am more sore from this walk than running 6 miles! Goal for tomorrow is to make it to the ice bath afterward!
