Since I have been a little slow in the blogging lately, I am going to combine all my runs from last week into one blog post. I did a total of 28.5 miles last week.
Tuesday, Oct. 9th: 4 Miles in Downtown Charleston on lunch break at a sub 9mm pace
Thursday, Oct. 11th: 4 Miles on the treadmill at the house.
Friday, Oct. 12th: Walked 5.5 miles with my wife to do some back to back work for the Goofy in January.
Saturday, Oct. 13th: 15 miles – I ran with Tasha Ruth and Dan Williams. Tasha ran the 1st half and Dan the 2nd half. I really liked this as Dan was ready to go when he joined in at mile 9, so he kept me motivated when I wanted to fizzle out. However, Tasha did the Arthur Ravenel Bridge with me, and that was a beast of some hill training!
