This week was a low week for running. I was a little sore from the 15 miler I did last Saturday. As for this week, I did a 4 miler on Tuesday, no run on Thursday, and then a 5 milers with friends Tasha Ruth and Dan Williams on Saturday.
This upcoming week will be a big one. I am planned for 32 miles this week total. Monday-4, Thursday-4, Friday-7, & Saturday-17.
