Monday (2/4) – 40 Minute Gym Weight Training

Tuesday (2/5) – Ran 4 Miles
Today I ran 4 Miles around Downtown Charleston at lunchtime. I ran it at an 8:49mm pace in a nice 60 degrees day at 50% humidity.
Wednesday (2/6) – 1.5 Mile Walk
Thursday (2/7) – Rest
Friday (2/8) – 4 Mile Run
Since I did not get my normal Thursday run in, I ran 4 miles at lunch today. I was consistent with Tuesday’s effort at a 8:52mm pace. It was 55 degrees and 49% humidity with an 8mph wind.
Saturday (2/9) – 5 Mile Run
Today I ran 5 miles with my running partners Tasha Ruth & Joanna Gell at a 9:07mm pace.. It is a bitter sweet day as today is my last day diving at the SC Aquarium after being on the dive team for over 10 years. I have decided to give it up to do other things. I got in 3 dives 65, 35, & 35 minutes respectively. I will do a separate blog post on the Aquarium later.
Sunday (2/10) – 3 Mile Walk with my dogs
