Well this week started out really wet. It is supposed to rain here Monday to Wednesday. So there may be a lot of indoor training this week.

Tuesday (2/12) – Ran 4 Miles on Treadmill
On Tuesday I had to return to the treadmill. It has been raining a lot here this week. I did 4 miles on the treadmill.
Wednesday (2/13) – Rest
Thursday (2/14) – Ran 5 Miles on Treadmill
Friday (2/15) – Rest
Saturday (2/16) – Ran 12 Miles
On Saturday I ran 12 miles with Tasha Ruth and Joanna Gell. We started in the Old Village of Mt.Pleasant at my friend Greg Shore’s church. We went over to Sullivan’s Island and then over to Isle of Palms. It was a great run at a 9:28mm pace. The temps were in the low 40s and was pretty comfortable.
