Well after being sick all last week, this week did not start off the greatest either, as I continue to have a bad cough lingering. But it is half marathon week, as I embark on Charlotte, NC this weekend for the North Carolina Half Marathon.
Here are my training activities for this week:
Monday (3/18): 30 Minutes on the Elliptical
Tuesday (3/19): Ran 4 Miles
Wednesday (3/20) : Rest
Thursday (3/21): Walked 2 Miles at Lunch
Friday (3/22): Rest
Saturday (3/23): 3 Mile Run & Traveling to North Carolina
Sunday (3/24): North Carolina Half Marathon, Charlotte, NC
Yearly Running Goal: 1000 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 22.01 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 805.90 Miles
