Here are my training activities for this week following the half marathon on Sunday.
Monday (3/25): 2.2 mile walk at lunch with coworker & friend, Mike
Tuesday (3/26): 4 mile treadmill run – I wanted to get out and run with my German Shepherd, Edisto, but it was 50 degrees, and 15mph winds, so I resolved to run on the treadmill.
Wednesday (3/27): Cross Training: 20 minutes on the elliptical & 20 minutes of strength training
Thursday (3/28): 2 mile walk at lunch
Friday (3/29): 2.6 mile walk at lunch
Saturday (3/30): 6 mile trail run on the West Ashley Greenway (check out the separate post reviewing this course)
Sunday (3/31): Rest
March Total Miles: 67.83
Yearly Running Goal: 1000 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 16.89 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 789.01 Miles
