Here are my training activities for this week following the half marathon on Sunday.
Monday (4/1): 3.1 mile (5k) walk at lunch with coworker & friend, Mike
Tuesday (4/2): 4 mile run in downtown Charleston (beautiful day at 61 degrees!)
Wednesday (4/3): 2.25 mile run with my dog Edisto. His first run!
Thursday (4/4): 5 mile run on the treadmill
Friday (4/5): Rest
Saturday (4/6): 8 mile run around Charleston Southern University and down the University Blvd. trail to Goose Creek and back
Sunday (3/31): Rest
March Total Miles: 67.83
Yearly Running Goal: 1000 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 24.40 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 764.60 Miles
