This week did not start out so well. Saturday night I ended up with a stomach virus that kept me down until about Tuesday. I thought at first it was some form of food poisoning. However, when I spoke to my co-worker to let them know I wasn’t coming in Monday, not only did she have it also, but so did about 8 other co-workers! Yikes! So there was not much exercise done this week.
Wednesday (4/10): 2.25 Mile Walk at lunch with coworkers
Thursday (4/11): 2 mile walk at lunch & a church softball game at night
Friday (4/12): 3 mile walk at lunch with coworkers. Awesome day outside!
Saturday (4/13): 9 mile run with Joanna Gell on the West Ashley Greenway
