After the events of yesterday at the Boston Marathon, a fellow running blogger, Heather of Through Heather’s Looking Glass, came up with a great idea for your training run today. Run or walk 4.09 miles today in honor of the lives lost and those injured during the events yesterday. Why 4.09? Four hours and nine minutes (4:09) was the time on the race clock when the first explosion occurred. Lets finish the race for those that were not able to do so because of this tragedy! Spend the time in pray and remembrance!
