This week did not start out so well with the tragedy that occurred at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Monday I was too glued to the television to do much in the way of a workout. However, on Tuesday I got to the grid.
Monday (4/15): No Workout
Tuesday (4/16): 4.09 mile run in honor of the victims of the Boston Marathon & a softball game that evening
Wednesday (4/17): 3.2 mile walk at lunch with my coworker, Melvin!
Thursday (4/18): 1.7 mile walk & evening church softball game
Friday (4/19): Rest
Saturday (4/20): I ran 8 miles on the treadmill since the weather was nasty outside. I took in The Little Mermaid movie on the big screen while running.

Weekly Mileage: 17.01 Miles
