This is my last week before we get to head back to our second home next week, Walt Disney World. So I have to hammer out some good runs this week so I can take it somewhat easy next week.
Monday (4/22): I did a 1.25 mile walk at lunch with coworkers Michael and Erica. Later that evening we went over to the TrySports Mt Pleasant 2.62 mile charity run/walk for Boston.
Tuesday (4/23): 4 mile downtown Charleston run
Wednesday (4/24): 3 mile walk at lunch with coworkers Michael and Melvin
Thursday (4/25): No Workout
Friday (4/26): No Workout
Saturday (4/27): 5 mile run in downtown Charleston with Joanna Gell and Dan Williams. After I got home I did a 2.25 mile walk with my dogs before the rains came.

Weekly Mileage: 18.24 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 713.05 Miles
