This week I have to get back in the grove, 4 weeks until my next half Marathon, the Run for the Dream Half Marathon in Colonial Williamsburg, VA on June 2nd. This will be another state to knock off my 50 by 50 Challenge of a half marathon in all 50 states before I am 50. It has been rough working out last month and this month at the gym at the hospital, as they are renovation the locker rooms. I will be glad when they complete this at the end of the month, hopefully! So on to a good workout week!
