Monday (6/10): I went to the gym at lunch and started a new core workout.
Tuesday (6/11): Ran 4 miles at lunch
Wednesday (6/12): Rest
Thursday (6/6): Softball Game
Friday (6/7): Rest
Saturday (6/8): Ran 5 miles in downtown Charleston with Tasha Ruth, Joanna Gell, and new additional Karl Phillips. This was Karl’s first run with us, so we took it easy, and did a 4:1 interval.
