Monday (7/15): At lunch I was at the gym, and did the elliptical for 40 minutes. In the evening, my wife and I walked our dogs for 2 miles
Tuesday (7/16): Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center & 2 mile dog walk with my wife
Wednesday (7/17): Rest
Thursday (7/18): Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center
Friday (7/19): Rest
Saturday (7/20):Today I ran 9 miles in downtown Charleston with my Disney running partner, Becky and a new friend I met at the gym, Michael, who is a triathlete. We started out wanting to maintain a sub 9 minute pace; however, it was too warm and the sun was zapping us, so we ended up around a 9:46 pace.
Yearly Running Goal: 1000 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 21.23 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 516.45 Miles
