Monday (8/12): 40 minutes on the elliptical at the gym
Tuesday (8/13): 5 mile run on the iFit treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center. I downloaded a Google Streetview map of the Space Coast Half Marathon I will run in December to check out the course and break it up into 3 different gym runs.
Wednesday (8/14): 30 minutes on the stationary bike at the gym at lunch
Thursday (8/15): 4 mile treadmill run at the house. I did negative splits increasing my pace as I went along. We have been in a monsoon the past two days, so it is difficult to get any outside runs in.
Friday (8/16): Rest
Saturday (8/17): This morning, because it was raining out, I ran 10 miles on the treadmill at the house. I did the Galloway 4:1 interval (6.5 mph / 3.5 mph). I listened to my first audiobook. I think I remembered what I listened to! I did a gel before starting, and one at the 5 mile mark
