Monday (8/19): 40 minutes on the elliptical at the gym
Tuesday (8/20): 5 mile run on the iFit treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center. I downloaded a Google Streetview map of the Space Coast Half Marathon I will run in December to check out the course and break it up into 3 different gym runs.
Wednesday (8/21): 40 minutes of strength training at the gym at lunch
Thursday (8/22): 4 mile treadmill run at the house. I did negative splits increasing my pace as I went along.
Friday (8/23): Rest
Saturday (8/24): This morning I finally got to run outside again after nearly 3 weeks. It was humid but cool. I ran 10 miles in Downtown Charleston with a new running friend, David Bundy. We were really good pacing each other. I can’t wait for us to run again! Thanks David!!! In the evening we did a 1.6 mile dog walk.
Sunday (8/25): My wife and I did a 1.8 Mile Walk with our dogs. It was such a nice day outside.
