  1. Hooray for your 14! Mine was okay today, I met up with my training group but after being sick, my pace wasn’t nearly as good as I wanted it to be. I was just thankful to be well enough to run! You will do great in your half if you’re already up to running 14. I think I will do my last long run downtown on Friday, it’s just a beautiful place to run.
