Tuesday (10/1): 5 mile run on treadmill at the gym
Wednesday (10/2): Leg Weights workout
Thursday (10/3): My birthday and 4 miles on the treadmill at the house
Friday (10/4): 3 Mile walk downtown Charleston at lunch
Saturday (10/5): 15 mile run in downtown Charleston. I ran for the first time with Mike Southgate, along with frequent running partner David Bundy. We missed a few of our regulars.
