Wednesday (11/27): 4 mile run on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center
Thursday (11/28): No workout
Friday (11/29): I had to do a long walk to work on simulating a back to back run in preparation for the Goofy Challenge in January. I did a 5 mile walk on the treadmill at home.
Saturday (11/30): No workout, traveled to Florida to the Kennedy Space Center for the Space Coast Half Marathon on Sunday.
Sunday (12/1): Space Coast Half Marathon – race recap will come later in the week
