Thursday (12/05): No workout
Friday (12/06): I had to do a long walk to work on simulating a back to back run in preparation for the Goofy Challenge in January. I walked 2.5 miles at lunch with coworkers and then walked 7.5 more on the treadmill at home for a total of 10 miles.
Saturday (12/07): 20 Miles through Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island, & Isle of Palms with Becky (Disney Running Partner), Mike Southgate, & Luke Edmondson! Great run this morning at 64 degrees in December. Just amazing!
