Monday (12/23): No workout
Tuesday (12/24): 5 mile treadmill walk at home
Wednesday (12/25): Christmas Day – No Workout
Thursday (12/26): 5 mile treadmill walk at home
Friday (12/27): I had to do a long walk to work on simulating a back to back run in preparation for the Goofy Challenge in January. I walked 1.5 miles at lunch with coworkers and another 3.5 miles on the treadmill at home, for a total of 5 miles.
Saturday (12/28): This begins taper off week, 2 weeks until the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Today I ran 12 miles in Mount Pleasant with Becky & Luke.
**** Only 3.5 Miles to my goal of 1000 miles!!! I got this on Monday!
