This was a recovery week for me after the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend’s Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge. Thus, there were no workouts or runs this week.
Monday (1/13): Walked around the Walt Disney World Parks
Tuesday (1/14): Traveled home from Walt Disney World
Wednesday (1/15): No workout
Thursday (1/16): No workout
Friday (1/17): No workout
Saturday (1/18): I went out and supported some of my running partners as they ran the Charleston Marathon. My plan is to do a post on this race next week from a coach’s perspective and feedback from my friends running it.
