Well we had the Winter-Apocalypse, Part 2 this week. This has been the most snow, ice, sleet, & mess we have had here in a very long time! Well it is race week for me. So the training will be down some this week.
Monday (2/10): Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym
Tuesday (2/11): No Workout
Wednesday (2/12): No workout, stayed home from work because of the weather
Thursday (2/13): Day 2 of staying home because of the weather, but I got in 4 miles on the home treadmill
Friday (2/14): No workout
Saturday (2/15): No workout, traveled to Birmingham, AL for the Mercedes Benz Half Marathon
Sunday (2/16): Mercedes Benz Half Marathon in Birmingham, AL. State #5! I will post a race recap first part of the week.
