Many have asked me if I ever run at Walt Disney World when there was not a race going on. The answer is yes. What better place to run than Disney. Each resort offers up a wealth of scenery, and if you are close to multiple resorts, you can run through multiples on the same run. I have not yet done all of these, but I have done some of them. Below is a link to all the published running maps that Walt Disney World has published. If you are at a resort, and want to check out their running trails, ask for a map at the front desk. Most of the resorts now have some form of organized running area.
In the past, Disney had a website related to this, which had all the maps and detailed notes on each, but that has since been removed. I guess they could not find a way to add it to MyMagic+!
Here are a few other reference sites on running at Disney:

I have a friend that works at Disney, so I will try and keep this post updated in the future.

There is a nice path around the lake between Pop Century and Art of Animation. Haven’t run it, but constantly see people running on there. Very nice and scenic.
Awesome, thanks for the feedback. Haven’t been to AoA yet.
Good to know!
