  1. Great seeing you out on the bridge this morning and meeting your friends! Mine was 6.3… just did the bridge and back. Will prolly go longer tomorrow.

    Good luck running in Nashville, I think the bridge is always good prep for any run, even the flat ones. You could always try doing repeats on it to get some more hills in, I have some friends who are doing that to prepare for hilly races.
