Monday (4/14): I ran 4 miles at lunch around downtown Charleston with a new running partner, Sherman, that works IT as well at MUSC. He is faster than me, and helped pushed me.
Tuesday (4/15): No workout
Wednesday (4/16): Ran 4.25 miles with my morning running group
Thursday (4/17): No workout
Friday (4/18): No workout
Saturday (4/19): Last long run before the Nashville Half Marathon next Saturday. I was sent to the treadmill since we have had a 24 hour downpour here in the area. I did 6 miles.
