It’s race week! We traveled to Nashville this week to run the Nashville Country Music Half Marathon.
Monday (4/21): I ran 4 miles at lunch around downtown Charleston with Sherman at lunch.

Friday (4/25): No workout, traveled to Nashville
Saturday (4/26): I ran in the Country Music Rock ‘n Roll Half Marathon in Nashville, TN. The recaps of the weekend will come early this upcoming week.
