Monday (5/26): Treadmill 5 miles speed work, started out with a 1/2 mile jog at 6mph (10 min pace), the did 7x800s, with the 800s at 7.2mph (8:20 min pace) with a 3 minute walk between each. Later, we walked the dogs
Tuesday (5/27): Walked the dogs
Wednesday (5/28): Ran 4 miles with my running group at MUSC in the morning
Thursday (5/29): Walked the dogs
Friday (5/30): No workout
Saturday (5/31): On Saturday, we ran a portion of the route we ran last week, if you missed it, here is a link to photos. I ran 8 miles with Luke & Evan. It was quite warm, but the rains held off until we were finished. To cool down we walked do the Mt. Pleasant Waterfront Park pier, which we have decided to add to our run next Saturday. Afterward, we went to Page’s Okra Grill for some breakfast. I got to run in my Fifty States Half Marathon Club gear for the first time today.
