Monday (6/16): Treadmill 5 miles – Speed work; I did this workout again. I highly recommend it for speed work.

Wednesday (6/18): Ran 4.4 miles with my work running group at 5:30 AM

Saturday (6/21): I did not have anyone to run with today, so I decided to do some speed work on the treadmill at the house. I started with a 1/4 mile warmup at 6mph (10min pace), then started 800m repeats at 7.4mph (8:06min pace) at a 1% incline, then a 3 minute walk break and repeated 10 times for a total mileage of 7 miles.
