Monday (6/23): Treadmill 5 miles – Speed work; I did this workout again. I highly recommend it for speed work. I did not use the incline this day, running everything at 0%.
Tuesday (6/24): Walked 1.5 miles at lunch with Michael
Wednesday (6/25): Our run group decided to take the morning off. Man it was nice getting an extra hour of sleep! So I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch.
Thursday (6/26): No workout
Friday (6/27): No workout
Saturday (6/28): Today I ran 9 miles with Rachel in Mt. Pleasant. It was very warm and humid out this morning, and very foggy! We started by heading over to Patriot’s Point where The Great Race was occurring. Patriot’s Point was last night’s stop on a race of old cars from Maine to Miami. There were a couple of cars cruising around this morning, but not near as many as my friend Michael saw last night. Below are a few pictures he sent me. When he does his blog post on it, I will link to it. He said the white car below was restored by Walt Disney himself!

Looks like a great route this morning. I love how you can run in the gym on your lunch break too! It’s great that your gym is right there and that your job supports that.
