It’s here!!! By the time you get this, I will be in California to run the Disneyland Half Marathon.
Monday (8/25): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill.
Tuesday (8/26): No workout
Wednesday (8/27): Ran 4.25 miles with my MUSC running group in the morning, then walked 2.25 miles at lunch to get some last minute travel items
Thursday (8/28): No workout
Friday (8/29): No workout, traveled to CA and then went to the Disneyland Half Marathon Expo
Saturday (8/30): No workout other that walking around Disneyland
Sunday (8/31): Disneyland Half Marathon (Race Recap Later This Week)
2014 Yearly Running Goal: 900 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 24.46 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 322.65 Miles
