Monday (9/22): Run 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch
Tuesday (9/23): Cross training workout at the gym
Wednesday (9/24): Ran 4 miles with my MUSC running group in the morning – our first run in the 60s, oh and rain, but we still hung strong and persevered!
Thursday (9/25): No workout

Saturday (9/27): Today was a busy day. The morning started out with a 9 mile run with my friends Dan, Becky, & Rachel. We did a favorite route of ours in Mt. Pleasant. The goal was for 10 miles today, but we were in a time crunch to make it to the Lowcountry Heart Walk in Downtown Charleston. After our run, Dan and I headed over the bridge downtown and met my wife for the Lowcountry Heart Walk 5k. It was a nice casual walk to recover after our run.
