Monday (10/06): Ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch
Tuesday (10/07): No workout
Wednesday (10/08): Ran 4 miles with my MUSC running group in the morning with a Lunar Eclipse to guide us.
Thursday (10/09): No workout
Friday (10/10): No workout
Saturday (10/11): Today we did an 11 mile run. We started in Mt. Pleasant, ran over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan’s Island, then over to the Isle of Palms, then back. I ran with Dan, Dave, & Sherman. It was a warm & humid run for October, but we knocked it out at around a 10 minute pace.
