Monday (10/20): Ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch.
Tuesday (10/21): No workout
Wednesday (10/22): Ran 4 miles with my work group at 5:30am
Thursday (10/23): No workout
Friday (10/24): No workout
Saturday (10/25): Today we ran the second leg of the Summerville Sweet Tea Half Marathon, which is in three weeks. Luke, Rachel, Amy, and I ran 9 miles. It was a bit chilly at the start, at 45 degrees, but it turned out to be a nice run.
