It is race weekend one of three for the month of November. By the time you read this post, I will have knocked out my 8th State in my 50 By 50 Challenge, by completing the Savannah Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon.
Monday (11/3): Ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch.
Tuesday (11/4): No workout
Wednesday (11/5): I ran 4 miles with my work group at 5:30am
Thursday (11/6): No workout
Friday (11/7): No workout – Traveled to Savannah and went to the race expo
Saturday (11/8): Savannah Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon, 1:57:48 – Race recap later next week
