It is race week. By the time you read this, I will have completed my 17th half marathon, with the Space Coast Half Marathon.
Monday (11/24): No workout
Tuesday (11/25): No workout – I was going to walk to the gym and do a yoga workout, but it has been pouring rain here for two days, and I did not want to get out it it to get to the gym
Wednesday (11/26): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym with Rachel as our morning group run got rained out – 3rd straight day of nonstop rain!
Thursday (11/27): No workout
Friday (11/28): No workout
Saturday (11/29): No workout – Traveled to Florida
Sunday (11/30): Space Coast Half Marathon in Cocoa Beach, FL – Recap will come later in the week
