Monday (12/15): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym. The settings were 6.8 mph at 1% incline which equated to a 8:45 pace.
Tuesday (12/16): I did one hour of yoga at the gym at lunch
Wednesday (12/17): I ran 4.35 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 a.m. through downtown Charleston. We averaged a 8:47 pace. We had 11 show up for the run, which is like 3x the norm! Excitement abounded!
Thursday (12/18): Typically, I have Bible Study at lunch on Thursdays atwork, but we took today off because many were starting to go on Christmas break. So, I took the opportunity to get another run in. I decided to do a Tempo Run. I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym. I ran at a 9:26 pace for 10 minutes, then 8:45 pace for 30 minutes, then 10:00 pace for the final 5 minutes.
Friday (12/19): No workout
Saturday (12/20): Today was a washout with rain. So I slept late and ran 6 miles on the treadmill.
