Monday (12/22): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym. The settings were 6.8 mph at 1% incline which equated to a 8:53 pace.
Tuesday (12/23): I did one hour of yoga at the gym at lunch
Wednesday (12/24): Since I was on Christmas break, I slept in and ran 4 miles on the treadmill at home before heading out of town to visit family.
Thursday (12/25): No workout
Friday (12/26): 2.3 Mile walk with the dogs and my wife in our neighborhood
Saturday (12/27): I met Amy (The Tiny Terror) & Luke at the Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park at 7 a.m. and we ran 8 miles to the Pitt Street Bridge and back, with a swing through the boardwalk pier at Shem Creek. We hovered in the 10:00 pace. It was about 41 degrees.
