Monday (2/10): I did a 5 mile treadmill run at home. I ran at a 8:53 pace.
Tuesday (2/17): No workout
Wednesday (2/18): I ran 4 miles at 36 degrees with my MUSC running group at 5:30 a.m., we maintained an 8:25 pace.
Thursday (2/19): No workout
Friday (2/20): I ran speed intervals at the gym at the MUSC Wellness Center. I ran 10 x 400m in the 6:41 – 7:50 pace range. After each interval I did a walk/jog for 200m and then repeated the process. I started the run with 2 miles at a jog to warm up.
Saturday (2/21): Today Luke, EMack, & I ran the West Ashley Greenway for 8 Miles. We averaged a 9:41 pace. The temp range was 37 to 41 degrees.
