Monday (2/23): I did a 5 mile treadmill run at the gym at lunch. I ran at 7.2 mph at 1% incline. This equated to a 8:21 pace.
Tuesday (2/24): No workout
Wednesday (2/25): I ran 4.3 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 a.m., we averaged an 8:42 pace.
Thursday (2/26):This week it was a tempo run on the treadmill. I started out with a 10 minute jog at a 10:05 pace. Then I did a tempo run for 25 minutes at a 8:15 pace, then finally a cool down jog for 10 minutes at a 11:12 pace. The treadmill was at a 1% incline.
Friday (2/27): No workout
Saturday (2/28): No long run today. I had a remaining part of a wisdom tooth removed on Thursday, so I decided to take it easy today and not run. Unfortunately, this is my first week in 2015 that I did not get 20+ mileage.
