Well this was the “Week of the Cold”! I thought I had made it through the winter without catching a cold, and unfortunately, this week it found me. Because of that, I had a rough week of training. However, it worked out well for my weight loss!
Also, the Save the Light Half Marathon finally posted their pictures. Here is one of Aaron, Rachel, & I and the midway turn with the Morris Island Lighthouse in the background.

Monday (3/2): I did a 5 mile treadmill run at the gym at lunch. I ran at 7.2 mph at 1% incline. This equated to a 8:21 pace.
Tuesday (3/3): No workout (traveling for work)
Wednesday (3/4): Sick
Thursday (3/5): Sick
Friday (3/6): No workout
Saturday (3/7): I was going through running withdrawal from being sick all week. I dished how I felt to Dr. Luke and he gave me the thumbs up. So Luke, Amy, & I ran the West Ashley Greenway this morning for 9 miles at 34 degrees. Hopefully this was our last Saturday of cold weather gear! I struggled with my cough for the first portion, but it seemed to get a little better through the last stages of the run. Hopefully I am on the rebound now.
