Monday (3/23): No workout
Tuesday (3/24): I did a 4 mile treadmill run at the gym at lunch. I ran at 7.0 mph at 1% incline. This equated to a 8:31 pace.
Wednesday (3/25): I ran 4.2 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 AM at a 8:42 pace.
Thursday (3/26): No Workout
Friday (3/27): No Workout
Saturday (3/28): Luke and I ran 8 miles on the Summerville Saw Mill Trail around 9am. We had a cold front come through, so we waited it out until it got over 45 degrees. We ran at my planned half marathon race pace for Indy & Cincy in May at a 9:04 pace. It was a nice, cool run.
