Well I am going to write this one off as a recovery week.
Monday (4/6): No workout, recovery from back to back 11 milers over the weekend.
Tuesday (4/7): I ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch. 9:08 pace
Wednesday (4/8): I ran 4 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 AM at a 8:31 pace.
Thursday (4/9): No Workout
Friday (4/10): No Workout
Saturday (4/11): No workout. We had planned to do an 8 miler; however, rain came through during our morning run time. I had yard work and an afternoon meeting, so I just decided to give my legs a little break between back to back 11 miles last week, and back to back 12 milers upcoming.
3 weeks until my back to back half marathons in Indianapolis on Saturday, May 2nd and Cincinnati on Sunday, May 3. Last big training week coming up!
