Monday (7/13): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the gym at lunch. I averaged a 9:04 pace.
Tuesday (7/14): No workout
Wednesday (7/15): I ran 4 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 a.m. at a 9:27 pace. We did 30 second walk breaks on the miles to reboot. It was one of our highest attended runs at 10 people!
Thursday (7/16): No workout
Friday (7/17): No workout
Saturday (7/18): Luke and I ran the Summerville Branch Mill Trail for 9 miles. We averaged a 10:05 pace. It was very foggy, and even though the sun never appeared, the humidity was brutal on us. It was around 75 degrees with 98% humidity. For the first half, we did mile intervals, with a 1 minute walk on the mile. For the second half, we dropped it to half mile intervals in the same fashion.
