This week I run my last half marathon of 2015 with the Space Coast Half Marathon at Cocoa Beach, Florida on November 29th, but it always an exciting race to end on.
Monday (11/23): I ran 4 miles on the treadmill at the Wellness Center. Pace average: 9:43
Tuesday (11/24): No workout
Wednesday (11/25): I ran with my morning MUSC run group at 5:30a. We ran 4.5 miles around downtown Charleston at a 9:06 pace.
Thursday (11/26): No workout
Friday (11/27): No workout
Saturday (11/28): No workout
Sunday (11/29): Space Coast Half Marathon 2:02:09

Probably won’t make it though. I’ve got to back it down some this last month. Having some knee & Achilles issues. 😩
