It is Christmas week, so let me wish you a belated Merry Christmas! I hope you had a safe and happy Christmas with your family!
Monday (12/21): Monday was a weird workout day. When I got to the office, I could not find my bathroom bag anywhere (later in the day to realize I left it at my second office), so I just decided to go for a walk for my lunch. I did a 2.6 mile walk.
Tuesday (12/22): I ran 5 miles on the treadmill at the Wellness Center. Pace average: 9:09
Wednesday (12/23): I ran with my morning MUSC run group at 5:30a. We ran 4.3 miles Pace average: 9:52
Thursday (12/24): No workout
Friday (12/25): No workout
Saturday (12/26): On Saturday Dan and I met up in Mount Pleasant and ran to the islands (Sullivan’s Island) and back. It was a vastly different day than the cold morning (36 degrees) we had last week. This week it was 70 degrees, 100% humidity and extremely foggy. We averaged a 10:00 pace, with walk breaks at ever mile.
