We are now about a month out until the RunDisney Star Wars – The Dark Side Half Marathon. As for this week, it was an off week for me on several fronts. First of all, I was having some soreness issues and secondly, I had a church Men’s Conference on Saturday, so I decided to take a weekend off from running. I shocked everyone close to me with that one! 🙂 I did get a few runs in during the week though.
Monday (3/14): I ran on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center at lunch. I ran 5 miles at an 9:04 pace.
Tuesday (3/15): No workout
Wednesday (3/16): On Wednesday, I ran 4.1 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 am. We averaged a 10:20 pace as we were small in number and wanted everyone to stick together.
Friday (3/18): No workout
Saturday (3/19): No workout
2016 Yearly Running Goal: 1000 Miles
Weekly Mileage: 13.25 Miles
Remaining to Goal: 788.53 Miles
