  1. Looks like you had a great week of training- good job on the hill workout too. I ran Friday morning and the bridge was packed. I’ll be glad when that race is over and it’s back to normal :).

      • Thanks. I’ve done it a time or two, it was really the online challenge that got me to bite the bullet and pull it off. My hamstrings are a little sore today, but otherwise I feel good (I think some foam rolling will resolve the hamstring soreness).
