14 days tomorrow will be the Inaugural RunDisney Star Wars – The Dark Side Half Marathon.

Monday (3/28): I ran on the treadmill at the MUSC Wellness Center at lunch. I ran 5 miles at an 8:45 pace.
Tuesday (3/29): I was not able to get to the gym to run, so me and a co-worker walked a mile during one of our breaks.
Wednesday (3/30): On Wednesday, I ran 4.2 miles with my MUSC running group at 5:30 am. We ran 4.2 miles at a 9:32 pace.
Thursday (3/31): No workout
Friday (4/1): No workout
Saturday (4/2): Today Luke and I ran the entire length of the Summerville SawMill Branch Trail which totaled 13 miles. This was the first time I had ever done the entire trail. We started late at 8:30 AM to avoid the rain we had in the area. The weather was 64 degrees and 100% humidity.
